I was hoping the video with embedded transcriptions would be enough to help memorizing?
There is also a tamborim step by step tutorial that should be helpful to learn and memorize!
My third suggestion is to write your tambo part on a paper. Look and visualize yourself playing that part you are looking at every 4 hours during the day without touching the instrument!
After visualizing, put the paper away and play it with your tambo while visualizing the paper in your mind!
